Those of you who know me, know that I’ve had an idea for some time now, to write, blog, teach and generally inform about the meat business. With the help of my good buddy Andy Walker I’ve taken the first steps here to do just that. What will follow, I hope you’ll find useful, entertaining and cost saving.

In my career I’ve been asked hundreds questions that I will answer for you. If you don’t see your question addressed, please feel free to ask.

Ultimately my mission will be to give you the best eating experience possible.

      If you go to my page http://www.carnivoreconfidential.com and look up at the top header you ‘should’ see the word “Follow” … if you ‘click’ that word, it ‘should change to ‘Following” and you’ll get e-mail notifications every time I post something new. Thanks again so much for the nice comment … it’s stuff like that, that keeps me motivated to continue … Stay hungry friend 🙂
